Delivery
Orders are normaly delivered with in 5-10 working days. Some area's such as Highlands, Ireland, Northern Ireland will require additional postage. Please contact us if you are in these areas.

We use DPD, FEDEX, YODEL
Please make sure we have a contact telephone number so our couriers can contact you if needed.

We rely upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to ‘keep to our word’ there are unfortunately a few rare occasions when circumstances beyond our control mean that the delivery deadline is not met.  We accept no responsibility for such delays in delivery and will make no monetary recompense for late delivery. If the parcel looks damaged please note this when signing the couriers form or electronic device and point it out to the driver. Any missing items or incorrect items delivered must be notified to Pony Jumps within 24 hours of signing for the parcel(s).



Returns 

If you wish to return or exchange any goods purchased please contact Pony Jumps using the contact page, in writing or by telephone (address and contact number can be found on the contact page), within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued by the same method the purchase was made within 14 days of receipt of the goods by Pony Jumps. Delivery charges will be deducted. 

We can not accept any goods for exchange or refund if they have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way.

If returning item(s) by post please use a signed for service. 

The buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of returning item(s). If item(s) is faulty we will credit return postage once item(s) have been confirmed to be faulty.


Payments

You can pay for your orders at Pony Jumps by the following credit/debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Switch, or via Paypal using our secure online shopping cart system.

We also accept BACS transfers, but unfortunately we can't release the order until the funds have cleared into our account. Please contact us direct for more info.



Online Security

Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is secure, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated algorithms.

As soon as your card has been debited your card number is automatically deleted from the system. Therefore your card details are not stored in anyway after the transaction.

 

Confidentiality

When you place an order or create an account your personal details (except for card details which are automatically deleted after your transaction) are stored in a secure environment at all times and will not be passed on to any third party. (See our Privacy Policy for more details)
